Yesterday was a rather long day being I have a cold and had little sleep. I got Riley to daycare and went on to work. We had our long Monday morning meeting regarding what we are all doing as a team. After those meetings, we all get to work and try to get as much as we can done while we are in the office. Tomorrow I have a education fair in Bellevue from 11 - 1pm and Riley has a doctor's appointment at 2pm. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.
Dave is doing alright in North Carolina. He is tired but OK. He will have dinner with his brother tonight since Steve (his brother) is in NC also there for business from Seattle. Steve has to be there in NC for 6 weeks. I am going to get in touch with Ruth, his wife, and see if she would like to get together for dinner too.I saw Renee today for lunch. She is in her 8th month (?) which doesn't seem possible. A year ago we were working together and trying to get an event together that I was the coordinator on. It seems almost like a dream now. I was was so sad to see Renee leave her job and go back to where she worked before... but she was happy there. So when you really care about someone, you do want them to be happy. I am very glad that she went back and that she was blessed with having another child soon.
I get my glasses today. Let's hope I did well picking them out. Maybe somehow I can post what they look like just for fun.
Anyway, Riley and I better get going now. Have a wonderful day.

Hi Danna! And Justin will remember this day as the day he closed escrow! Yay! Should help at tax time next year but now he has property taxes to save for. Hope Riley's appointment gos well. Ryan has a runny nose (caught from his mom) and Jeff told me I better wash my hands. I said, "Aren't his germs baby germs?" ;) Guess not! Hope I don't get sick because I want to get down to Justin's and help with the moving and preparations. (((Hugz)))
Your new glasses look cute. I'm sure you're pleased to be able to see better now you have them.
As hard as it will be for Riley to have his tonsils removed, I think he'll notice the benefit and so will you and his mommy. I hope the appointment goes well.
I'm off to check out Denise's recipes too.
Enjoy your evening!
