Everyone here is complaining about how we are missing Spring because of the weather. During the weekend we had hail, sleet, snow, rain... then some sun... then we would start it all over again. The blossoms on the trees have stayed longer than normal... it seems like nature is a little confused. Back in February when the groundhog came out and predicted there would be 6 more weeks of winter, I wonder if he meant 12 more weeks. We are coming up on that soon, if I am counting right.
Renee and I were out at a high school visitation together and she said "Look! Is it snowing?" I went outside for a moment and it looked like hail but it was soft like sleet. Then all of a sudden it started to actually snow. I went back inside to her and said "This is ridiculous." I heard that we have had a record cold April. I don't know but I would bet that no one here really wants to set a cold record... I am not hearing "Wow, we set a record." It is just harder on the nerves when we are in snow and there are tulips coming up.
Met with my SIL this evening for dinner. Her husband, Dave's brother, is back in North Carolina and will have to be there for three more weeks. I will be back from California before his North Carolina trip will come to an end. Maybe by then we will have warmer weather.
I am going to go to bed earlier tonight. So I wish you all a good evening.

Danna,
Wow! What crazy weather you are having! Here in Vegas, it is sun, sun, & more sun. :-) I sometimes envy you the 4 distinct seasons. Have a blessed Tuesday! Hugs!
Hi Danna! Sorry about all that wintry weather. I hope we have some nice warm SoCal sunshine for you when you're here. Tomorrow it's cold and drizzly but in the low 90's by saturday. We've had a lot of this fickle weather. I'd be happy to get together with you and Susan if it could be arranged when I might be down at Justin's- probably a weekend. (((Hugz)))
Oh I wish I could send you some sunshine and heat, it was 91 here today!!!!
Sending sunny vibes to you :-)
