On Wednesday when I took Riley to the Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor I was looking for paperwork I thought I needed for Riley. In that process I have now misplaced a gift certificate for Kari for Walmart. Thinking I had put it somewhere safe, I spent a couple of hours looking for it. I thought I put it in my purse but it isn't there. So I must have put it somewhere else when I was looking for the other stuff. That makes 4 things I've misplaced lately. I have found the other things but I am worried about this. I will find it when I relax and give up.
I am doing well with catching up on my Christmas preparations. I have more wrapping to do and then turn my thoughts to getting ready for Christmas Eve. I am leaning towards having ham. I want to get a ginger bread house to put together with the boys and Kari.
I want to go to see the movie National Treasure, the second movie that comes out today. I can use my pass they have me Wednesday.
As I write this Dave is watching some movie in the living room and the kids are watching for what seems to be the 100th time The Polar Express. (It, of course, is their favorite movie at this time because of the train. Each time they watch it like it was their first time ever seeing it.) Aaron has gone across 'the water' to visit his other side of the family.
Time to put them the boys to bed.

Phillip is sick today so I'm all by myself. I think I'm actually going to get a fair bit done...cleaning and getting rid of stuff; oh, I'm sure I can manage to send out a packet or two.
I saw "Alvin and the Chipmunks" yesterday...you were right; a very cute movie!
It sounds like you've gotten a lot done...good for you! But I sure hope you find that gift card.
